Wotton House offers care for those awaiting further social or health care assessment, following discharge from hospital and provide support to those who live with dementia and mental health needs.
The home supports residents to have access to health and social care professionals and staff work closely with other agencies and care services.
Wotton House has highly qualified Nurses 24 hours a day, supported by a team of care staff dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of the residents.
The home provides freshly prepared, home-cooked meals and a daily activities programme catering to all interests and levels of capability.
Wotton House is located 1 mile from Gloucester City Centre, on direct bus routes and there is a private parking area behind the home for those who prefer to travel by private transport.

Wotton Rise is owned and managed by the Martinez family. With a family at its heart, the staff and residents are welcomed as extended family, into a warm, friendly, family home.
NURSING CARE
Our management team consists of three registered general nurses. All residents have an individual care plan tailored to them.
Wotton Rise is fully equipped with hoist and other equipment for residents comfort.
Quality & Safety
Regular meetings are held between senior staff and residents to get feedback and improve services.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission .

Quality Assurance
The home encourages the service users to take an interest in the development of the services available to them within the nursing home. Regular meetings are held between service users and thir representatives and senior staff at the home, to enable service users to voice their opinions about the service provided. The home continues to provide nursing care of the highest standard.
Please feel free to read though out letters and cards of appreciation on the board in the hall. Also available for your interest are quality assurance surveys completed by local GPs, nursing professionals, social workers and service users, which confirm our dedication to providing excellent nursing care.
Complaints
The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission and any complaints if not satisfactorily dealt with by the home mananger within 28 days, should be directed to the commission at the following address:
